Coach Pat at the 2018 World Masters

Preparation for the World Masters Competition was a long and tough journey for Hackney’s Coach Pat Atteridge. Despite this, the legend could not have performed more marvellously. From not being sure if he was going to compete due to a shoulder injury, to getting 6 out of 6 lifts and bronze in the 62kg BW category. Pat achieved a total of 107kg comprising of a Snatch of 47kg and Clean and Jerk of 60kg.
