We offer Olympic weightlifting and strength training.

Olympic weightlifting is a sport and focuses on two lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. They’re fast movements requiring a lot of mobility.

Strength training covers just about everything else you can do with a barbell: squats, deadlifts, presses etc. It’s great if you’re looking to get stronger, improve in your sport if you’re an athlete from another discipline, or even ward off osteoporosis.

All coaching is provided by British Weight Lifting Level 2 Coaches.
