START LIFTING

Simply choose the type of training you are interested in from the list below and complete the associated form and we will get back to you. Please note that you may be asked to take at least one personal training session before joining classes, even if you have weightlifting experience.

If you’re a complete beginner, your coach will decide when you’re ready to progress to a class. For most people this is 2-4 sessions.

If you’re looking for strength training, please DON’T book an Olympic weightlifting class! If you’re not sure what to book, feel free to ask Coach Daphne on 07712 275 064.
