New strength class on Sundays - Sunday Strength Set

Starting 24th of October at 12 noon we are offering a new strength class. Every Sunday going forward this class will cater to anyone and everyone who wants to get physically stronger.

While our Saturday class is for women only, this new class is open to all. Based on the classic British Amateur Weight Lifting training schedules with exercises from squats and barbell curls to shoulder presses and core exercises, this programme was designed to develop the strength foundation of the whole body.

This class is for anyone from complete beginners who want to start their strength journey to more experienced athletes who want to challenge their strength and continue to progress. You will complete mostly the same exercises each week (3 sets of 10 repetitions at each) with the opportunity to increase reps or weight each week depending on how you handle the workouts. We have set up this programme to be progressed week on week for 6 weeks, with the opportunity to test how far you’ve come on your 7th week.

You can choose to PAYG whenever you can book in and come to the class or if you’d like to get involved for the 7-week programme then you can pay for the block of 7 with your 7th free.
