Tuesday night Strength Circuits are back!
You asked for it, and it’s back:
A strictly-no-cardio circuit of strength training, suitable for beginner-to-intermediate lifters and open to all. If you’ve never lifted with us before we recommend doing a couple of the Saturday strength classes first.
45 mins, with Coach Daphne.
All the unusual lifts you remember from three years ago, plus the odd new one.
